Buzzit Points, BuzzCoins, and Referral Program

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Buzzit Points ("Points"), BuzzCoins ("BuzzCoins"), and Referral Program ("Program") offered on the Buzzit platform (accessible at buzzit.in). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. Buzzit Media Private Limited ("Buzzit," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or website. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

Section 1

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and a registered user in good standing on Buzzit to earn, hold, or redeem Points or BuzzCoins.
• Participation is limited to residents of India, subject to applicable laws.
• Buzzit may suspend or terminate participation for any user violating these Terms, platform rules, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Section 2

2. Earning Points

Users earn Points for eligible activities, including but not limited to:

• Posting Reels, posts, or Stories.
• Liking posts.
• Sharing posts to external platforms.
• Referring friends via a unique referral code (see Section 5).
• Daily check-in Rewards.
• Daily Activity Rewards (Spending minimum 10 mins on platform)

Points have no monetary value until converted to BuzzCoins. Earning rates are set by Buzzit at its sole discretion and may change without notice.

Section 3

3. BuzzCoins

• Points may be converted to BuzzCoins at rates determined by Buzzit from time to time.
• BuzzCoins are an in-app virtual currency redeemable only for special gifts on Buzzit.
• Gifts purchased with BuzzCoins may be sent to creators during live sessions or on posts as appreciation or support.
• BuzzCoins cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the Buzzit platform.

Section 4

4. Converting BuzzCoins to Real Money

• Creators or users may convert earned BuzzCoins to real cash (INR) at rates set by Buzzit from time to time.
• Minimum conversion thresholds, processing fees, and payout methods (e.g., bank transfer, UPI) apply as specified in the app.
• Payouts are subject to verification, tax withholding (as per Indian tax laws), and compliance with KYC requirements.
• Buzzit processes payouts within 7-30 business days, but delays may occur due to banking or regulatory issues.

Section 5

5. Referral Program

• Users receive a unique referral code generated by the system.
• Points are awarded when a referred friend downloads Buzzit, registers, and completes their first eligible activity (e.g., posting or liking).
• Referral earning rates and validation criteria are set by Buzzit and may be updated.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or abuse (e.g., multiple devices) result in forfeiture of Points and potential account suspension.

Section 6

6. Conversion Rates and Changes

• Rates for Points to BuzzCoins and BuzzCoins to cash are dynamic and determined by Buzzit based on platform performance, costs, and market conditions.
• We notify users of rate changes via app notifications or the platform dashboard.
• No refunds or adjustments for prior earnings if rates change.

Section 7

7. Forfeiture and Expiration

• Points and BuzzCoins do not expire if the account remains active but may be forfeited if:
  • Your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months.
  • You violate these Terms or platform policies.
  • Buzzit terminates the Program.
• All Points and BuzzCoins are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Program.

Section 8

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, bots, spam, or artificial inflation of activity voids earnings.
• Multiple accounts per user are not allowed.
• Buzzit uses automated and manual reviews to detect abuse.

Section 9

9. Taxes and Compliance

• You are responsible for all taxes on earnings or redemptions.
• Buzzit reports transactions to tax authorities as required by law.

Section 10

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Program is provided "as is." Buzzit is not liable for technical issues, lost Points/BuzzCoins, or indirect damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the value of redeemed BuzzCoins in the prior 6 months.

Section 11

11. Termination

• Buzzit may end the Program or your participation at any time without notice.
• Upon termination, unredeemed Points/BuzzCoins may be forfeited.

Section 12

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
